​We deliver Australia wide for a flat rate of $10. All items are sent via Australia Post standard 3-5 day delivery service. All items are made to order and produced once payment has been received. All items will be dispatched within 72 hours.



At 4Paws Pet Treats we guarantee freshness, as all our products are made to order. If you are unhappy with the quality or freshness of your product please email us at admin@4pawspettreats.com.au with your concerns. We will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement for unconsumed products returned within 7 days after delivery has been received. Please note that we will not offer refunds if you change your mind on a purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All products will not be replaced or refunded due to ill use or storage after receipt of delivery. All products are to be kept in the fridge or the freezer for maximum quality and life span as they are 100% preservative and additive free.


Payment and Data Security

All payments are made securely via a Paypal. You do not require a PayPal account to make a payment, simply enter your credit or debit card details as instructed. PayPal security ensures that we do not receive or view your card details and do not share your details with any other party. Always ensure you correctly enter your contact details, email address and delivery address in PayPal.
